Vermont laws state that CBD products that have been extracted from cannabis are legal, but only under specific conditions. The product cannot contain any more than 0.3% THC and it must be considered to be industrial hemp. It is legal in the state of Vermont to grow hemp and to manufacture products with hemp-derived CBD as long as the plants and the products contain less than 0.3% THC.
