Due to the passing of the 2018 Farm Bill, les than 0.3% THC CBD is not illegal in any state in the USA. According to federal law, it is legal in all 50 states.
Vermont laws state that CBD products that have been extracted from cannabis are legal, but only under specific conditions. The product cannot contain any more than 0.3% THC and it must be considered to be industrial hemp. It is legal in the state of Vermont to grow hemp and to manufacture products with hemp-derived CBD as long as the plants and the products contain less than 0.3% THC.
